Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
